Hi! My name is Zach. I specialize in hypertrophy based weight and strength training. Coming from an extensive sport and bodybuilding background allows me to better optimize my clients training and achieve their physical goals, whatever they may be! I offer nutritional programming with my training upon request! I am highly flexible with scheduling and always find the balance for each session to be effective yet fun.
